Quiet weekend retreats: Dhanaulti, Ranikhet and Mukteshwar
Dhanaulti, Ranikhet and Mukteshwar are useful when the stay is a central part of the experience. The longer Kumaon drives make Ranikhet and Mukteshwar travel-heavy three-day choices; add a night if road fatigue is a concern.
