Incredible North India provides travel planning, chauffeur-driven vehicle arrangements, customised tour packages, and related assistance across North India. Service availability depends on travel dates, destination, route conditions, permits, vehicle availability, supplier availability, and the details of each request.

• A quotation is based on the information supplied by the customer and is valid only for the stated itinerary, dates, vehicle, inclusions, and validity period.
• A booking is confirmed only after we communicate confirmation and receive any agreed advance payment or required documents.
• Prices may change before confirmation if travel dates, route, passenger count, taxes, fuel costs, supplier charges, or requested services change.

Payment amount, due date, accepted method, and balance-payment schedule will be stated in the quotation or booking communication. Customers should make payments only through details officially provided by Incredible North India and retain payment records.

• Provide accurate passenger, pickup, destination, date, contact, and identification information where required.
• Carry valid identification, permits, tickets, medical documents, and other items required for the journey.
• Follow applicable laws, safety instructions, hotel rules, vehicle rules, and destination requirements.
• Inform us in advance about children, senior citizens, accessibility needs, excess luggage, special equipment, or other relevant requirements.

Travel times and itineraries are estimates. Weather, traffic, road closures, local restrictions, government directions, natural events, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may require changes. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee every planned timing, route, attraction, or activity.

Vehicle images and hotel categories may be representative. The exact vehicle, seating layout, facilities, hotel, room, or third-party service depends on confirmed availability. If an agreed option becomes unavailable, a reasonably comparable alternative may be offered where possible. Hotels, drivers, activity operators, transport providers, and other suppliers may also apply their own terms.

Cancellations, amendments, no-shows, and refunds are handled according to our Booking & Cancellation Policy and the booking-specific terms communicated before confirmation. Supplier or government charges that have already become non-refundable may be deducted where applicable.

We aim to keep travel information useful and current, but routes, prices, schedules, entry rules, permits, weather, and local conditions can change. Visitors should verify time-sensitive information with the relevant official authority or service provider before travel.

Unless otherwise stated, original website text, branding, layout, and owned media belong to Incredible North India or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission, except where allowed by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Incredible North India is not responsible for indirect losses or for events caused by circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction applicable to our Delhi-based operations, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
