A practical first journey in North India
Three remarkable cities, planned as one connected trip
The Golden Triangle links India’s capital, the Mughal heritage of Agra and the palaces and bazaars of Jaipur. We help international guests shape the route around arrival time, group size, luggage and the pace they prefer.
The classic route
Delhi to Agra to Jaipur
Each city brings a different layer of North India. Sightseeing is adjusted to your arrival, ticket availability and the opening hours confirmed for your travel dates.

Delhi
Airport or hotel pickup, with Old Delhi and New Delhi sightseeing shaped around your arrival time.

Agra
Plan time for the Taj Mahal and, when suitable for your schedule, Agra Fort and other heritage stops.

Jaipur
Discover the Pink City’s forts, palace architecture, viewpoints and local markets at a comfortable pace.
Sample itinerary
A focused 4-day Golden Triangle plan
This is a planning framework, not a fixed package. Exact sightseeing and departure times are confirmed around your dates.
Arrival and Delhi
Pickup from Delhi airport or your hotel. Add selected Delhi sights when arrival time and energy levels allow.
Delhi to Agra
Drive approximately 220–240 km. Plan the Taj Mahal and optional Agra Fort according to opening hours, tickets and your arrival in Agra.
Agra to Jaipur
Drive approximately 230–250 km. Fatehpur Sikri can be discussed as an en-route stop when it suits the day’s timing.
Jaipur and return to Delhi
Selected Jaipur sightseeing followed by the return drive to Delhi. This is a long day, so the number of stops should stay realistic.
Add a fifth day for Jaipur sightseeing, then travel Jaipur to Delhi separately. This is usually more comfortable than combining a full sightseeing day with the return drive.
Road planning
Distances to consider before booking flights
Travel time varies with pickup point, traffic, roadwork, weather and comfort stops.
An en-route visit such as Fatehpur Sikri adds sightseeing and waiting time.
Avoid planning a tight international flight connection immediately after a long road sector.

Golden Triangle travel questions
Useful answers before you arrive
Is four days enough for Delhi, Agra and Jaipur?
Four days can cover a focused route, but Day 4 becomes long if Jaipur sightseeing and the return to Delhi are combined. Five days usually allows a more comfortable pace.
Can the tour start with pickup from Delhi airport?
Airport pickup can be requested. Share your flight number, scheduled arrival time, terminal and group details so the pickup plan can be confirmed.
Is the Taj Mahal open every day?
The Taj Mahal is generally closed to visitors on Fridays. Opening hours, ticket rules and any temporary restrictions should be checked for your travel date before the itinerary is finalised.
Are hotels, guides and monument tickets included?
Only items listed in your written quotation are included. Ask for hotels, local guides or attraction tickets to be shown separately when you need them.
Which vehicle should we choose?
The suitable category depends on the number of guests, suitcase size and comfort preference. Share your luggage details before choosing between available sedan, SUV and tempo traveller options.
Can we change the route?
Yes, the planning request can include extra nights, a different final drop-off or selected stops. The final route remains subject to time, road conditions and confirmed availability.
